Payment policy:
- Credit card will be charge one night as a deposit once booking confirmed
Cancellation Policy :
- One night cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation received after confirmed booking
- 50 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received 14 - 7 days prior arrival
- 100 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received less then 7 days prior arrival on in case of NO SHOW
- Early check out and any reduction of the period of stay would be charged 100% of total reservation value
Check – In / Check – Out
- Check in time 14:00 hours, should the guest arrive earlier they have to wait until the rooms are ready.
- Check out time 12:00 hours
- Late check out until 18:00 is charged 50% from the existing rate and after 18:00 consider a full night charge applied
- Early check in and late check out are subject to space availability and prior notification is requested
