Kayu Raja means King's Wood or Wood of the King. The charm of the King reflected in the design and interior of our resort villa, a modern architecture design combined with Balinese wood and artwork. We intend to serve our guests as a King with heartfelt, warm and excellent services.

The spirit of the King is our adage and applied carefully to the services rendered from the staff. Villa Kayu Raja has 58 villas; consist of 48 One Bedroom villas and 10 Two Bedroom Villas.  Each villa has private  pool, open air living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen set as well as single Jacuzzi bath with shower in the bathroom.

Hotel Terms & Condition :

Cancellation Policy :

1. One night cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation received after confirmed booking

2. 50 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received 14 - 7 days  prior arrival

3. 100 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received less then 7 days prior arrival on in case of NO SHOW

4. Early check out and any reduction of the period of stay would be charged 100% of total reservation value
